My worldview emphasis interconnectedness with the land, respect for all living beings, and a holistic approach to life that integrates physical, mental, spiritual and emotional well-being.
I graduated from Yorkville University with a Master in Arts of Counselling Psychology in May 2022. I am a registered clinical counsellor with BCACC. I choose to work from a strengths-based perspective while incorporating a client-centered approach. When working with clients, I combine different approaches of practice, ultimately, finding the best fit for the client.
